128 Bit security HELP

I had a Virus, 'Trojan horse Dropper SmallEU', found by my AVG tester.



This was healed, but now I do not have a 128 Bit SSL security on my browser
explorer, this stops me from performing my online banking etc.



How can I regain this security without having to reboot my system?

AMD 2000XP

512 MB Ram

The following KB article link has many suggestions to try. If all fails, consider an
upgrade/repair installation that will require you to know your product key number and
also require a reinstall of service pack/critical updates from Windows Update. ---

Hello,

Unfortunately it is difficult to be sure that the system will ever function
normally again once it has been compromised.

We also don't know what else may been done to the system. Many exploits are
not easily detectable.

It is usually better in the long run to rebuild rather than accept the
risk, but that is your decision.
