128 bit connection security needed

I have IE 6 and I get "the page cannot be displayed" messages. I know the
site wants my browser to have 128-bit connection security but it shows that
I only have 56-bit. I checked my connection and security under internet
options but i cannot get the needed 128 bit connection security. I am
running windows 2000 Pro. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is the machine fully up-to-date at Windows Update?
