12 pt type is like 20 pt in my windows!!!

As a followup to my last thread I have found out the
source of my problem.. Windows shows type larger than it
should.

I made a test:

- Typed something i Outlook Express in Arial 12 pt
- Took a screen dump
- In Photoshop I typed in Arial the same text and matched
the sizes.

In Photoshop a 20pt Arial looks like a 20 pt Arial, but
in windows a 12pt Arial looks like a 20 pt Arial - what
can I do to change this..? I would very much like that
the text in windows is shown in the right size.
