Hi Amy,
My name is Dennis Schmidt. Thank you for using the Microsoft Access
Newsgroup.
First, your printer driver needs to support 11 X 17 paper size. If you
open a new report and select Page Setup, look to see if you have an option
for this size or for a Custom Paper Size where you could create the paper
size.
If you are successful at setting the above, then begin by sizing the design
area of the detail of your report. Remember that the design area should
exclude the margins in the Page Setup (i.e. usually the default is 1" all
around, so the max design area could be 9 x 15). Also remember that if you
have a report, page or group headers or footers that they also subtract
from the design height of the detail section.
Once you have setup the borders of your report, you can begin to add your
controls.
I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
