Please Help!

I have 108 .pst files on my pc as well as 2 other laptops. I am running Windows XP Pro and Office 2003. How do I delete the old ones and keep the current? Also when in OL under my folder list I have 3 Personal Folders. I only want one. I've tried r-clicking but my options are grayed out. I also use the pfbackup.exe to backup up my files but I really messed things up. I am able to use OL and copy files through our small office network but I'm confued as how to clean everything up. I upgraded from Office XP to 2003 so many of the mistakes I made in XP were brought into 2003.

I would appreciate some help. Thank.
Lucia

just delete them in windows explorer?

Since you say you have 3 show up in Outlook, I'd delete the other 105 this
way. Open Outlook so that the 3 are "occupied" and can't be deleted. Then
do a Windows search for *.pst. Select all and hit Delete. All but the 3
Outlook has open should go away.

Now on to the other three.... You say your options are grayed out; can you
click Properties? If so, do it and then click Advanced. Note the path to
the files you don't want. Close Outlook and delete them. Re-open Outlook.
You should be where you want to be now.

If something goes awry in and you end up missing the files/emails you wanted
to keep, go to the Recycle Bin and Restore the deleted PSTs and try again.
