Hello,

I bought 5 new pc, installed windows xp and citrix PNagent. I try to connect
to the citrix server. Wich is on a windows 200 server. I constantly get the
1004 error. I have the same problem with all the 5 new workstations. Alle the
other workstations can connect to the TS.

Can you help me please, thanx in advance

Since the description of Event 1004 is "The terminal server cannot
issue a client license", you obviously need to check your
licensing situation.

You made a typo in your desription of the server OS (Windows 200),
so there are several possibilities:

For both Windows 2003 and 2000 on your server:
Do you have a TS Licensing Server installed and activated? If not,
that's the problem.

If your server runs Windows 2003: all clients need a *purchased*
TS CAL. Check in your TS Licensing manager if you have any TS CALs
available for these new clients.

If your server runs Windows 2000: XP Pro clients should receive a
free "Existing Windows 2000 TS CAL" from the TS Licensing server.
Check if it is running properly and that the TS can locate the LS.
