10022 error

I have SystemSuite 5, which is presently uninstalled from my computer
(Windows XP). I would like to reinstall it, but it makes another
application, XNews, come up with error 10022. Anyone know the remedy to this
situation?

10022 is commonly associated as a Winsock error.

I recently worked on a pc that had some spyware on it that it connected
to the internet, ISP verified it, however the winsock was damaged
traffic was not going through. I downloaded LSPFIX & ran it on the
machine & corrected the winsock problem. Zipped it's a 179 KB file
