100% CPU usage

Hi,

How can I find which program makes the 100% CPU usage? I'm using GFI
Webmonitor running on a ISA server and while it's scanning downloaded files,
the server is really slow. Though I disabled Mcafee from scanning the
Webmonitor folders, the CPU usage top the 100% and I have to find out which
program is guilty.

Check the "Processes" tab in the Task Manager and
click the column you want to sort by.
 
Thanks for replying. I tried Performance Monitor which seems OK to pinpoint
problems.
