Task managers shows that CPU is constantly used 100%, no
applications running. How to deal with this?

Computer: Toshiba Satellite A10-203, Celeron 2.2 GHz

OS: Windows XP Home Edition

Are you only looking on the "Applications" tab? Click on the "Processes"
tab and you'll see that there actually are many things active on your
computer, but these are not ordinary programs. On the "Processes" tab
there is a column called "CPU"; look for an entry that is using 99% (I
don't think it actually can go up to 100% in that column) of the CPU.
What is its name (the "Image Name" column)?

What you are seeing is normal. Your heart is working all the time, even when
you're asleep.
