How does this promotion work? When you spend over £30 excluding shipping with Ebuyer.com and elect to pay by Google Checkout then the £10 discount will be applied to your order ‘within Google Checkout’.
I’ve spent more than £30 and selected Google Checkout, but no discount has been applied. Why is this? There are only 2 reasons why this discount would not be displayed, one reason is that your £30 spend is including shipping (you need to spend £30 excluding shipping to qualify) or that you have previously taken part in this promotion or a previous ‘spend £30 and save £10’ promotion.
If I already have an Ebuyer.com account but elect to pay by Google Checkout, will I still be able to track my order using my Ebuyer.com account? If you login to your Ebuyer.com account prior to placing your order using Google Checkout then the two accounts will be linked, this will enable you to track your order and log any other queries on this order via your Ebuyer.com account.
Once my order is placed can I call Ebuyer or Google to have my shipping address changed? Once your order has been placed you cannot change the ship to address, you will need to cancel the order and replace.
