10+ All-Day events, not all shown.

We've noticed that when a user's calendar contains more
than 10 all-day events (both free or busy, it doesn't
matter) any past 10 are not shown.
The only way we've found to view these events is to search
for them.
The user is running at 800x600 and at even 1024x768 there
are only 16 all-day events visible. The strange part is
that in Outlook Web Access and the Print view all the
events show up, but in the regular Day view only a limited
number of entries are displayed.
Just to make sure everything is clear, I'm referring to
All-Day events in the 1 Day View where they are displayed
as bars across the top of the calendar apart from any time
slot.

Additional Info: We're running OfficeXP SP2 on both Win98
and WinXP and the problem exists on both at the previously
resolutions, regular calendar entries that are NOT all day
events show up, and this happens on any mail account.

Is there any way to get all the events to show? This is
very important because this user has several people
scheduling events for him and if they cannot see certian
ones a conflict may occur.

I believe this is a know limitation in Outlook. The only way I know of to
do this is to change the screen resolution of your monitor. However, this
will affect everything you view on your monitor, and you may or may not like
the new resolution.

If you have Outlook 98 or higher, you can also view the events on your
Outlook Today screen. I know it can show much more than 10 all-day events.
I am not sure if it has a limit. If it does, I have never reached it.

Also, you can view your calendar by Category and this will show all events.
It is not a pretty view, but it will work. To do this, go to your calendar
and then click on "View" on your tool bar, and then click on "Current View"
and then "By category".

A better idea may be to simply create another calendar and move some of the
items to the new calendar. However, please remember that items not on your
default calendar will not show on the Outlook Today screen, and if you have
reminders set for those items, they may not remind you of the event.

Hope this helps...
