1 page won't publish

Isiris

All my other pages are now publishing but one isn't. When
the publish window comes up,it says at the top: Do You
want to remove this file? So I click no on all the files,
but the "classes&contact" page doesn't show up there so it
doesn't get published. What's up with that and how can I
rectify it? Thanks.
 
If the actual file name is "classes&contact.htm" remove the &.
