1 of 3 real time active??????

when I open the program I see Real time 1 of 3.On
internet agent the only one listed is windows hosts file
agent.Does anyone know how to fix this?How do you change
anything , as I click on everything & nothing happens. I
uninstalled, reinstalled at least 10 times with the same
results. I even downloaded the program a few times, but
the same result. PLease help

System Explorer items missing


1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware


If no help, try the installation of a Service Pack for the Visual Basic
6 runtime: This link is for SP6, but SP5 also appears to be effective.
