HI
I am new to .net environment and even to web development. I was designing a website with asp.net and vb.When I was trying to publish that website from a server.Its giving an error as "1% not a valid windows application ".The server on which that I was publishing the website is a secure server,so I was calling the webpage in this way ----https://astra.uttyler.edu/AstraProject/default.aspx.
Can you help me what could be the error?Is there any issues that I need consider regarding the IIS.I have no good idea about IIS.Please help me.
