Have an issue with a boardroom PC/user that whenever a meeting is booked it
is always an hour less than the actual booking. Have checked all the
settings on various PCs and server and all the time setttings and DLS are
correct. The weird things is that when I log in through remote web access
and use email the times come through fine, it is when we the users are
booking through there outlook to the boardroom account. For such a small
problme it causing some major headaches with meetings, any assistance would
be appreciated.

Cheers,

Morning Ben, Yes the boardroom PC has identical Time Zone and DLS settings.
Just cant seem to get it to work though, should be somehting simple but have
checked all the settings. Cheers,

Also Ben when our CEO sends out meeting invitations to people external to our
company we are still having the issue of it being an hour out!

Happening to him from inside sending to peolpe outside the company. We have
had problems with times being an hour early with an internal boardroom PC.
This seems to be fine now that I have turned the DST off for that particular
PC that was causing issues.

Hello JC,

I'm having the same issue. I run a network with 50 users and only one
user's meeting times are off by one hour. Time zone settings and clock times
are all the same for each user. I've posted this issue for discussion on
11/1/06 but no one has posted a solution... HELP!

I unchecked the DST checkbox and the times stopped changing. However, when
DST comes around in April the issue will come up again. Any permanent fixes?

Hello Ben,

I live in PST. The DST checkboxes were both checked when experiencing
this issue. I unchecked the DST checkbox in Outlook and the times don't
change by 1 hour.
