+1 format

Outlook is adding +1 to my phone numbers, all 2500 contacts and this is
conflicting with my link to my palm. I can have the + in the phone field.
How do I stop this addition and is there any good way to clean the mess up.
I have 2600 contacts.

from the Contacts Folder, go to Actions, Call Contact, New Call... , Dialing
Options… and remove the check from Automatically add country/region code to
local phone numbers. When this is unchecked, the country code should only be
added if you check the phone number by clicking the buttons to the left of
the number field (Business, Business Fax etc).

Check http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.asp for apps -
outlooknormalizer might work on the number, if not the only way to fix it is
by editing each contact or exporting to excel to remove the +1
