I am building a DB, using Access 2003, that tracks projects and thus the form
has a Project Name and then requires a location to enter the several
contractors who work on this project. It is my intent to draw the contractor
names from my outlook contact list through the use of a drop down type of
list box. Does anyone have any design suggestions of how this can be
accomplished.

"Several" almost always means a subform.
You may end up with two or a listbox and subform if a contractor may have to
or more jobs to do.
