Cannot open the email or delete from Outbox - says it is in the middle of transmitting but this message does not move. Any suggestions on how to delete it?
Place Outlook in Offline mode (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook. You
should now be able to delete the message. Don't forget to put Outlook back
on-line!
