My log in name and password are correct because it works in Road Runner
Webmail, but it doesn't work in my outlook as it used to. I'm using 2003
Outlook in Windows 7. The below message comes on. I can send e-mails but can
not receive in outlook. Does anybody knows the fix?

Task '(e-mail address removed)-Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) Your
e-mail server rejected your log in. Verify your user name and password in
your account properties. Under tool, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded ERR: invalid user name or password.

Are you including "@hawaii.rr.com" as part of your username in your mail
account configuration? Her's all you should been to configure your
TIme-Warner account:
