I used Express and XP.
After upgrade I use Live Hotmail and everything works fine for send/rcv.

HOWEVER when I respond to a salesitem in CL's - Microsoft Mail comes up to send the reply and then I get the following

Subject 't', Account: 'outexpress', Server: 'pop.dnvr.qwest.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 8BITMIME', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D
 
Try disabling the SSL option in the Advanced tab of account properties.
