I keep getting critical error messages while simply
looking at files - my OS is XP Media Center. Two errors
pop up followed by failure of my desktop and an inability
to turn off the PC - I have to do a power on reset to
recover it. The errors are:
DESKUP.exe - "0x00c2c3e3" referenced memory
@ "0xabebac0b." The memory could not be read.
and
RUNDLL32.exe - "0x1001b7d2" referenced memory
@ "0x00060060." The memory could not be read.
What is causing these errors and how can I resolve the
problems they cause. I only had this machine [HP m260n]
a week!
