0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on Startup

My desktop began giving me the following BSOD stop at EVERY startup:

0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x00000000). MS KB has nothing for
desktops with the exact message, but for 0x000000D1
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL it suggests that it could be either a driver or
bad memory. Since I can start up consistently in Safe mode w/ Networking, I
lean toward a driver. Per the KB instructions I have now move all non-signed
drivers (per SIGVERIF) out of system32/drivers, but no change.

The only new drivers I may have gotten would have been for my auto and
frequent update software - Virus protection, spyware and Windows XP updates.

I don't dare move any MS drivers out of my drivers folder, so what next?

Will, Thanks, but the site's links back to support.microsoft.com deal with
the things I've already tried ( I forgot to mention originally that I've
already set my virtual memory to 0 and back again).

Thanks! It seems to have fixed my problem, though I can't explain it.
- Downloaded the executable
- Ran it to load the verifier
- Restarted as instructed
Upon restart, no more BSOD! I've since restarted a half a dozen times
successfully, and never used the verifier.
