Has anyone seen this?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0xc1420146, 0x00000002, 0x00000001,
0xbf6229a9).

This is caused by a bad driver. Have you installed new hardware recently?
Could you check Windows Update?
