HI,
I faced with the same problem while installing Windows
Server 2003 on my old Server, MS describe the error as a
problem during the initialization of the I/O system.
Go to http://support.microsoft.com then search for
keyword 'stop 0x0000007B' .
Here what i did to install Windows Server 2003, don't
boot from your CD, what i did is i used windows 98 boot
disk to boot with CD support, created a partition on my
hard drive FAT or FAT32 (remember to make it active),
format it, then run \I386\WINNT to install windows from
CD Rom, try it this way and check. Keep me informed.
