Hi,
I understand that when the system is shutdown, the following error message
is displayed.
Stop:0x0000001e, kmode exception not handled
Please look at the following article:
You receive a "Stop 0x1E" error on a Windows 2000-based computer

Check if the symptoms are matching, if so, please obtain the hotfix and
install it.
If not, please provide the entire error message including the file/module
name in the error message.

i keep getting this error everytime i shut down and have
to turn pc off at the wall the error is
