Windows XP system mechanic 5 professional

I have got this software known as system mechanic 5 professional
it cleans the registry , it cleans junk files and plus it has many more features
I want to know whether easy cleaner and such other sofwares that clean the registry would be more effective than system mechanic.
I must say though that system mechanic 5 professional is remarkable when it comes to removing junk
files and duplicate files too.
plus it comes with a shredder and a parasite removal tool too.In addition it even recovers ram and can defrag the entire disk drive too.
If you are looking for a multi-task tool this has to be amongst the best,or is it?

A piece of software I find helpful in removing junk files is ace utilities. Do a search for it on www.downloads.com

I also use System Mechanic 5, and used version 4 before that, and also find it really good at cleaning things up without screwing the PC up - but Im sure there are other programs out there that other folks use which they find really good as well.
