Hi, I have windows vista, and i am unable to run any .exe files or internet explorer wont run either. i have norton. What do i do?

First things first remove Norton using this removal tool, Norton is rubbish. Then either get Anti Vir for a free anti viurs or if you want to pay for the anti viurs then I recommend Kaspersky or NOD32.


What error message do you get when you try and ruc scannow?
