Windows XP OE6 toolbar missing

For some reason my toolbar in OE6 is missing.I r\clicked an empty spot and brought up two choices,views bar and toolbars.Clicked on toolbar, but did not restore the toolbar.Thanks Papat
 
Go to Start/Run, and type :
"rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\inf\ie.inf"

Bit the bullet and did a scanreg\restore and got the toolbar back.Only had to reinstall a few programs.Thanks for your help.Papat1
