Windows XP Not able to change display panel properties

Hi,
This is Vidhu

(mucks edit: no free ads please ... I am fedup with TELE SALES people calling my phone)

I not able to change Display panel properties...I have administrator rights on my PC...

Can anyone provide me a solution??

you should be able to right click on the desktop > properties and change what you want

is there an error message ?

I know how to change the properties and I also know that the system administrator has blocked the display panel properties... i want to bypass it... Plz help..

If your systems administrator has blocked the ability to change the properties, then you will have to ask him/her to help you - bypassing security techniques is not something we support or condone here I'm afraid
