Hi there, anyone knows how to use MS Netmeeting for Multi user voice Conference over the lan?

I have similar problem: I can connect and chat, Netmeeting "hears" my microphone correctly, but people I'm chatting with can't hear me! Why?
 
Hi jumpjack, double click on the speaker icon near the clock, then click on options, properties, choose recording then put a check mark near the microphone, click ok. Now click select under the microphone label, and close it. It should work.
And for the multi voice conference, I've found a software called teamtalk from http://www.bearware.dk.

As I told, microphone DOES work, both inside and outside Netmeeting (I can see the "slider" which shows the audio input level when I talk).
But audio is not transmitted.
