Windows XP How Do you change Window Media Audio/Video Files To Gp1

Hey Everyone just here to ask for some advice since i can't get any computer classes in my school at the moment. i wanted to know how to change Window media Audio/ Video files to GP1 or MP3 because i got me a new cell phone that can hold MP3/MP4's and GP1. what is a GP1 anyways.
